Exchange:

* Any product bought from Baroque’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.

* For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.

* Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

* Exchange Policy is only liable within 10 days after the goods are delivered.

* For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

* Baroque does not provide exchange/refund for custom orders.

    Exchange Procedure:

    * For exchange you can contact our customer services by emailing us at info@baroque.pk or can call us at (+92) 325-7001111 along with your order number. For exchange form (click here)

    * Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

    * In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.

    * For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

    * Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.

    Refund:

    Refund or return will only occur if :-
    * Items/Articles ordered in our sale and discount sections will not be entertained for refund or exchange.
    * Baroque has a right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous return policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
    * Refund will not be provided on custom stitched orders. If not cancelled within 2-3 days after the order placement.
    * Refund can be provided, If the item received is defective or sent wrong to the customer.
    * You can claim refund within 14 days after the delivery. In case of refund the customer is responsible for returing the item(s) back to us and the refund will be initiated after receiving and the inspection of the items.
